A proposal from the Senate majority leader calls for $300 billion in funding for small-business interruption loans

WASHINGTON—The Small Business Administration could see the footprint of its primary loan program vastly expanded under the sweeping stimulus package proposed by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell in response to the coronavirus crisis.
