With the transition to remote work, it’s not uncommon to feel disconnected when you are physically separated from the people you’re used to seeing face-to-face every day. Whether it’s the office manager you chat with in the kitchen every morning, the cubicle neighbor who you take lunch with every day, or the weekly meetings that give your team a chance to catch up and have a good laugh, these bonding moments are important to preserve.

· Schedule a virtual happy hour. Bring your team together over a glass of juice or wine and a video chat at the end of a long week. · Create Slack channels to encourage personal sharing. For example, create a #wfh channel as a place where you can share tried-and-tested tips for working from home or funny outtakes from your new office set up.
