Within 24 hours, Silber and Kibbe had paired 50 matches of seasoned professionals with those looking for job-search help. "I wanted to share on LinkedIn first, just to gauge interest," said Silber. "Because we had such a great response, I wanted to take the time to serve those responses before sharing it more broadly." She added that, since it's just the two of them, she wanted to ensure a smooth user experience. In the future, she plans to share the platform via other channels to grow the user base.
