Headline & picture are deceptive. I saw other pictures. The crowd was not what one would call large. They were standing along the sidewalk on 3rd St, barely up the Capitol steps. Mechanicsburg fills Main St with 6 blks of people on Jubilee Day. This was barely 1 blk of people.
