Around 10,000 people have been forced to evacuate in central Michigan after flooding rains caused 2 dams to break in Midland County, with water still rising

Midland County 911 issued a statement around 5:45 p.m. Tuesday that the Edenville DamOn Wednesday, the river rose to over 34.
