Donazzan, who previously worked as an executive director covering private equity clients at Goldman Sachs, will lead the team that assists TEG’s CEOand the company’s board in determining and executing key strategic projects. Based in Sydney, he will also oversee TEG’s mergers and acquisitions program.Jenna Gaudio, who is now senior vp finance and strategy.
Gaudio, who most recently served as vp product management and has been with Vydia since 2016, has helped drive the company’s product roadmap, cross-team communication and education programs and led a record number of feature launches for the company last year. Benjamin previously served as vp of corporate development and strategy, driving the update and execution of a multi-year strategic plan and leading corporate development, including fundraising and investor relations.
