Japanese beer maker Asahi Group Holdings said on Monday it would borrow 1.185 trillion yen ($11 billion) from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp (SMBC) to pay for its acquisition of Anheuser-Busch InBev's Australian subsidiary.
