For those well behind the curve, after dark mob crime has nothing to do with cop/black justice. It is all about anarchism and the take down of American society. The Floyd death merely provides the opportunity for anarchists to do what they hunger to do: destroy America!

CEOs should stop being hypocrites. To move with this issue, your recruitment teams should stop discriminating. Black people often find extremely difficult to start their careers after graduating compared to White with same backgrounds. White also tend to have higher salaries💆‍♀️.

They need to look at the way in which they portray people of color in their adds. Usually just in the background of white people, mostly women; if it is a black male never speaks, or is in a submissive possition to the white male.

They are aware that big businesses operate in a sustainability environment and racial harmony is one of the sustainable issue along side gender balance, climate etc

White people killed by black people is 9 times higher then white people killing black people and black people killing black people 50 times higher. The police doesn't discriminate because it shoots/ uses violence against anyone resisting arrest. Diff is who gets arrested more... Who cares what CEOs think? Are they increasing wages? Or donating 100 billion$? They wouldn’t even dare step out of the homes without security 😂
