Last year, Abia State Government listed about 600 NDDC contracts in Abia State that were never executed. It's so sad, the road that leads to my house is one of them...the road is in total mess.
Please times.. Remember the story on NDDCOnline scholars being stranded. Nothing has been done about it. July will make the program one year. scholars nolonger have access to key learning systems anymore,some are getting thrown out of their accommodation
