The release date of Christopher Nolan’s “Tenet” has been delayed by two weeks, amid lingering concerns over theater closures due to the coronavirus.
The AT&T-owned studio will instead rerelease Nolan’s high-concept action-mystery “Inception” on July 17, to celebrate the film’s 10th anniversary.Advertisement Analysts had long expected “Tenet’s” release to move back, possibly into August. Theater companies, however, insisted that they would be open in time to support the $190-million budgeted picture in July. AMC Theatres this week said it expected almost all of its locations to open by that month.
Movie theaters were declared dead long before all this.

I honestly wish wbpictures would just work something out with netflix and release IMAX version in a limited city release for Christmas and call it a day!
Really? Who in their right mind are seriously thinking about going back into a movie theater? Especially seeing that the possibility of a vaccine for this virus will not be available until at the earliest 2021...🤦♂️
It's only two weeks, most countries will be open by then that's why.
