Other UK banks should follow in Barclays' footsteps and pivot toward recovery, especially if they missed opportunities to provide aid at the onset of the crisis. Adding business banking offerings that can help clients navigate the next phase of the coronavirus crisis is a timely move, and other banks could drive customer acquisition by offering similar toolkits of their own.
