I’m Nancy F. Clark the curator of Forbes WomensMedia, author of The Positive Journal, and CEO of PositivityDaily. After studying physics at Berkeley I started out in rocket science with NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory and then computer technology for the University of California where I also worked with the Chancellor to bring on more women and people of many ethnic backgrounds. For the last 18 years I’ve been working to provide science-backed information to help women succeed in business and live happier and more fulfilling lives.

Or else, you’ll spend between now and next week thinking about it, worrying about it, avoiding it with endless visits to the kitchen or scrolling through food feeds on your phone. “I just can’t control it”
