Other new start-ups have recognised that bleak as coronavirus is, it has presented business opportunities that also allow them to do their bit to help defeat the pandemic.
"We didn't set out to start a business, [but] we went from knowing about the issue to launching the company in six days, and taking bulk orders before we'd finished the seventh day." says Mr Campbell-Hill, who is a senior fellow at the University of Birmingham's Institute of Clinical Sciences. Other industries that have seen a big rise in business as a result of coronavirus, and therefore offer opportunities to new start-ups, include home improvement and the delivery sector.
Why? when there may be more lockdowns to come as and when the government (and use the term loosely) decide, which will crash many new businesses just like this one has for many.

Very worrying article this. Not really helping banish the idea that the BBC is a mouthpiece for the tory government. Lets be clear, recessions are bad, and need to be handled correctly by those in charge. They are not an 'opportunity'. Lets not fall into tory spiv territory.
BBC use a photo of a tank as a good time to start a business PPUtoday
I mean I did but by accident 🤷🏻♂️
Being laid off is a good time to be motivated to start a business.
This is so moronic. 'The destruction of the economy, ably supported by the BBC morons' is a good time to set up a business.
Start up is cheap I'd imagine
