The DA, he added, will ensure that products sold through e-Kadiwa meet the requirements of food laws relevant to their activities in the food supply chain and that control systems are in place to prevent, eliminate or reduce risks to consumers. Policy reforms should also be made focusing on increased food sufficiency in all commodities, export orientation strengthened and roadmap for all commodities developed, he added.
