You either accept your racism, or reveal your racism by not accepting it. Robin Di Angelo’s work is interesting. Her book ‘White Fragility’ gives food for thought.
I just think simply that Racism is Ignorance. Nobody can help where they are born or with what colour skin they have- that is the Innocent part. What follows on from there should be more growth of Knowledge of the Innocence. It would then be much much easier to cut thru the crap.
