I list absolutely NO skills on my CV. If a company isn't good enough to figure out how amazingly fantastic I am without me having to chew it out for them, they're not worthy of having me.

Uh, presumably unless those are the job you're going for? I can't see a plumber taking 'plumbing' off their CV and getting ahead.
