I didn’t see any clear evidence of forced labour? Someone point it out?

So US bombed Uighurs and it is for justice, China provided Uighurs training and gave them jobs and it is evil. Good standards!

we are all 'forced' to work because our world is capitalism, we don't work for fun, we word for the money

fake media is serving its master to fight China

shame on news ,this is a factory photo broadcast by CCTV,there is never ever forced labor in China!!

It’s unacceptable to support the brands anymore, can’t buy a clothes with tear & blood behind!!

It's not called Primarni for nothing. The fashion industry don't have a moral conscience until it's forced on them.

Which the guardian has known all along. I guess their skin is the wrong colour for it to be called out by you hacks.

'say rights groups' explained every stupid thing in it.😸

Buy clothes made with viscose. Much more comfortable and can be made from any plants. Also buy Aussie made (if you can find it!)

Just for the record, the head image shows a very well established, clean and organized factory floor. It looks like it follows ISO

We need to boycott China. Western factories should no longer manufacture in China. The only language this fascist government understands is the language of economic sanctions. We can not be complicit to another Holocaust!

By the way, some US company already request CN company not to provide them with products made by Uighurs. after the E-mail, they always give a call to CN company saying 'it is compliance requirement. just confirm that you won't. anyway we won't do verification.'

a picture showing that many people sitting near the table for fabric works. Tell you what, all the fashion industry in China looks the same. The labor is cheap, and that's why the products are cheap. Just don't buy them and use local labors. just another excuse of boycott china.

Zara founder isn't One of the wealthiest people in the world without exploiting one of economics' most fundamental resources Slave labor Be those human resources Or machines that bear pains through the environment

Not surprised

'work will set you free'

Yeah no one cares as long as we still get our shit Nike jumpers and iphones

There are more than 10 million Uighurs in China. After the elderly and children are excluded, how many people are there after college students? Will there really be people who believe that the entire Uighur population is forced to work? No one who said that has ever been there

😡😡😡

Hey icebreakernz, please, please tell New Zealand that your amazing garments are not made in Xinjiang?

This is normal factories. What is the problem? Ppl earn money in factory is positive approach . US Prez Trump also want to setup more factories in their homeland.

*watches BLM supporters swagger around in label clothing whilst shouting about slavery* Ironic no.

InzaghePR x

Uyghur girl from XinJiang 👇🏼

Modern day slavery.

UK slavery too in Leicester.. boohoo

The Labour Party treat their staff with contempt.

Why so old news ? US not allow CCP member to have visa for this issue from few weeks ago. Let’s report the facts, The Guardian.

If only you believe in this kind of nonsense.

And so is India Pakistan Bangladesh and many other countries involved in sweat shops involving little children also working in crumbling buildings why are we not screaming about them they are not flavour of the month or on the US agenda?

What if we stopped buying throw-away fashion and just get back to basics. Buy locally sourced and made.

Low end manufacturing to help eliminate poverty...

what a shame!
