SpaceX has steadily pushed the boundaries of reusing rockets, most notably by landing the booster that makes up the largest and most expensive part. SpaceX has been able to reuse a single Falcon booster as many as five times and is also increasingly reusing the nosecones as well.

Eon is right, ULA only got the contract because of long standing connections and because NASA not want to be reliant on only one contractor. However, the share should have been 60% for SpaceX and not ULA bcs of the reason he mentioned.
