Some companies in Germany are already trailing shorter working hours. This summer, firms such as Daimler, ZF and Bosch all agreed to reduce working hours.
I worked in VW factory making catalytic converters. They wasted so much money with the ovens on, it's crazy! £60,000 per hour it cost. Turning on and off wastes more as the ovens can not be used. Temperature is wrong. This costs. So a 4 day week. Things are cold for 3 days?
4 days work for 5 / 6 days work fine but start taking a full days pay from people has to be a no-no OR are you really proposing a 50 / 60 hr week crammed in to 4 days which would be just what our government would expect from the private sector but never the public sector 😣

Yeah right....so sorry, the USA is a 24/7 Econ. Only the Democrats would go for a 4 day week. But only after the Unions have totally screwed up everything.
