Wall Street chief stock strategist sees 'historic valuation opportunity' in small-cap stocks for long-term investors

Lori Calvasina of RBC Capital Markets told Bloomberg there's a "historic valuation opportunity" in small-cap stocks.

On the other hand, investors with a three- to five-year time horizon who can "ignore the noise of next year" can take advantage of this small-cap opportunity, she said.MORGAN STANLEY: Buy these 22 stocks that are slashing costs as sales take a hit from COVID-19 — putting them in position to smash the market as the economic recovery continues
