Defund the teachers unions

SO MANAGERS ARE DOING WELL BUT WHAT ABOUT THE WORKERS. HOW MANY WORKERS DOES ONE MANAGER MANAGE? ALWAYS THE HIGHER UPS MAKE OUT GOOD. SCREW THE AVERAGE GUY. THERE ARE MUCH MORE WORKERS THAN MANAGERS. SOME MANAGERS DON'T EVEN WORK JUST SUPERVISE PEOPLE WHO DO THE REAL WORK.

It is a sign that wages have been stagnant versus inflation and growth for the last 50 years, because now that growth isn't assured for any company, they gotta pay more to retain workers that are tired, broke and broken. There isn't any recovery yet due to COVID mismanagement.

With tax breaks, PPP loans and stock buyback options, it's the least they can do. ✋
