Traders cheer. All the rest of the people, because of the president’s actions, are definitely not cheering. A booming S & P doesn’t bring back or save lives. It doesn’t mend racial injustice. Doesn’t eliminate a dictator violent racist leader or what he’s done to us. Don’t cheer
