2 Sep 2020,A RAGING pensioner hurled a giant rock at his neighbour through a digger window in a row over a garden fence.
The dispute over a strip of land between the neighbours' homes had started two years before, ever since Mr McTear moved to the sleepy village of Tavernspite, Pembrokeshire in 2018. Prosecutor Vaughan Pritchard-Jones said Woodward went on a one-man protest to lay down in the digger bucket - but got out before it started to move.
Mr Shellard said: "Mr Woodward had lived comfortably with neighbours for all those years, then found that the atmosphere had changed."
