Rick Moranis drops by in the spot that premiered Wednesday, not to help sell anything, but just because Reynolds wanted to tell him he is such a big fan. A playfully confused Moranis says the new deal Mint Moblie is offering sounds good and adds"I gotta get a phone," a joke on the actor being out of the spotlight for years, by choice.The fan-favorite Moranis has largely kept away from the industry since the mid-90s after his wife died.
