Opinion | I'm a veteran who gets my medicines through the mail. I didn't sign up for Trump's war on the USPS.

President Trump claims he's the best president for the military in history, yet he has been silent about this huge problem facing former service members. And when Postmaster DeJoy testified at a recent Senate hearing, I didn't see any regret about the delays caused by changes he put into place, let alone medication delays that affect veterans. Before taking his current job, DeJoy was a civilian in the corporate world. He has displayed no understanding for running the Postal Service.

When service members join the military, we sign up to serve our country and take an oath to defend and protect our Constitution. Similarly, the USPS is constitutionally guaranteed. We entrust postal workers to provide a service for our country — not for the president.

lister_lester I get my medicines thru USPS. Not experiencing any issues, if anything they come sooner.

USPS sucks. Privatize it.

Our military men and women should never have to worry about receiving their medications on time, especially not during a global pandemic. RespectOurTroops SaveUSPS BidenHarris2020 VoteBlue VoteBidenHarris USPSsabotage SaveTheUSPS WaysToSaveUSPS TeamJoe

Curious to know how she voted in 2016. So many only have a problem with Trump's nefariousness when it impacts them directly. That's not how it works.

Another liberal headline Stop lying to the man There is nothing wrong with package delivery with the USPS.

What kind of propaganda are you pushing now? Can’t trust .
