European stocks are expected to open higher Tuesday, bouncing back from Monday's losses on coronavirus concerns and bank allegations.

, including forcing pubs and restaurants in England to close at 10 p.m., as the country faces a second wave of infections.on Monday following a steep sell-off on Wall Street Monday. Futures on the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose about 100 points. The S&P 500 futures gained 0.4% and the Nasdaq 100 futures were up 0.5%.

On the earnings front, Kingfisher releases interim results and the TUI Group releases a trading update, Manchester United report fourth-quarter and full-year results and A.G. Barr interim results. On the data front, the euro zone releases preliminary consumer confidence data for September.
