Lucky Penny Café Owner Matt Lanigan says the “the COVID fatigue has really set in” following the long lockdown imposed on Victoria, flagging a mass migration of disenchanted residents leaving for greener pastures. He said small businesses are “still unsure what is going to be the way out”.
“Hopefully we can hold Dan Andrews accountable to his statements that he will give back the streets to traders to make back some of the lost income".
