CEBU CITY, Philippines — Policemen of the 704th Regional Mobile Force Company engaged in a 30-minute firefight with an undetermined number of armed men, whom policemen tagged as members of a Communist Terrorist Group , in Barangay Hinakpan, Guihulngan City in Negros Oriental.
“Actually as of this time, there is still a firefight and scouring in that particular area in Negros, and our armed forces’ counterpart with the 303rd Brigade is handling the incident,” said Ferro.
