Facing the ICAC inquiry on Wednesday, disgraced MP Daryl Maguire has agreed before the ICAC inquiry that he used his Parliament House office in the course of pursuing his own business interests.

Probed by Counsel Assisting Scott Robertson, Mr Maguire accepted he had also used his parliamentary email and parliamentary facilities, including photocopiers and scanners, in relation to personal business interests. The former Liberal MP was also cross examined on his role as chair of the Parliamentary Friendship Group where he agreed his role did not include engaging in activities of a commercial nature.
