Starbucks Corp. said it would mandate antibias training for executives and tie their compensation to increasing minority representation in its workforce, becoming the latest company to set fresh diversity goals in the midst of a national conversation over race.

Starbucks is the kid who wants to be liked in high school, yet no matter what he does is the first one to be tackled at Gym class.

Racism and discrimination against young whites.

A private company can, within limits, set its own rules. By the same token, federal contracts don't have to be given to a company if the administration doesn't like those rules.

Starbucks is paying bonuses and raises to employees who discriminate based on skin color. Talk about systemic racism, please.

shoplocal at your local coffeeshop!

Yeah right when it was just yesterday when black people were arrested at Starbucks for not ordering anything and sitting in the store in Philly! What racial equality are we talking about when Starbucks is a racist company!

You know when I choose where to get my coffee, the race of the workforce is my biggest concern. I can put up with poor service as long as it's delivered by a diverse group
