Michael Gove described Brexit as being 'like moving house, it’s a hassle at first but you are upgrading”

On a 20-minute conference call with trade bodies and bosses from 250 leading companies, Cabinet Minister Mr Gove and Prime Minister Boris Johnson warned UK firms to prepare for a possible no-deal end to talks with the European Union.One business leader said: "The idea is that [no-deal preparations] are in businesses’ court now.”

Well I’m sure brexit will benefit him financially, no doubt. The plebs are fucked though

I think he means downgrading as far as the people of Northern Ireland are concerned😡

Michael Gove, “Brexit is like moving house, it’s a hassle but you are upgrading” How many people upgrade only to find the new house is not that wonderful and not really affordable. How many people lose the house when the economy turns bad.

From my experience moving house is very costly, fraught with problems and really quite stressful. He should have said something less likely to be thrown back at him.
