This bike shop owner credits her business’s success to excellent customer service and a reliable telecommunications provider. Story from coxbusiness

A bicycle is a fine-tuned machine, with each gear and component being integral to its functionality and success. The same could be said for any organization, but particularly small businesses: Every aspect of the business must work in harmony in order to thrive. From the products sold to the personalized customer service, every detail of a small business is thoughtfully chosen and carefully curated.

“I knew I had to shake up the image,” she explains. “Customer service was huge for me. I wanted everyone to walk into the shop, and when they left, they left as part of our Hub City Cycles family.” Prior to choosing a new phone and internet provider for her shop, Arceneaux had been a loyal Cox residential customer for 12 years, utilizing its cable and internet services in her home. “I just knew that Cox was for me because of my relationship with them at my private residence,” she says. “They make things very simple, especially for someone who's not tech savvy, like me.” Today, Cox Business is still the telephone and internet provider for Hub City Cycles.
