The Hampton Valley Forge Volunteer Fire Department is in the mountains of Tennessee and protects approximately 6,000 homes and businesses across 72 square miles. When faced with spotty wireless service, they turned to T-Mobile to help. The improved network experience provided them complete coverage in large areas of the county and greatly improved their ability to serve the community.
