The company I work for is barely hanging on. Between those out sick, out taking care of sick family & the rest being wrought with fear that they are next to catch it as we come in is not sustainable for a healthy economy. Our owner has put so much on the line to keep us going.

Things employers forget. UV light. UV lights in AC , seating outside if possible for employees to eat their meals. Air cleaners along with AC. Lot's of paper towel, Vinegar in spray bottles, Lysol and 409. Lysol in Bathrooms. Plenty of hand soap with reminders to wash hands.
