Retailer joins Tesco, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Aldi, Lidl and others in returning funds

B&Q owner Kingfisher has joined other retailers in returning emergency taxpayer support, pledging to repay £130m it received in business rates relief.

All the shops that stayed open and made profits should pay it back. Why doesn't the Guardian do a name and shame the greedy ones who took the money, not going to pay it back. Why should they get this money? We have small businesses about to go under and get no help at all.
