US games company behind Fifa and Harry Potter games makes offer for F1 2020 maker

The UK video games maker Codemasters has accepted a £945m bid from its bigger Californian rival Electronic Arts, breaking up the planned deal between Codemasters and the US firm Take-Two Interactive.

Oh dear - They started off as just twin brothers making cartoon puzzle adventure games starring an EGG wearing boxing gloves. They made driving games and never went back to Dizzy. Now EA is gonna EA on another studio. Bid seems a tad low.
