Employers could be allowed to mandate vaccinations with certain exemptions, but it's more likely that companies will strongly encourage employees to get vaccinated, lawyers have previously told Business Insider.CEOs of major companies could require at least some employees to take a COVID-19 shot, a poll of business leaders has suggested.

The poll didn't specify whether such a mandate would apply to all employees or just those who worked in close proximity to others. "Let the vaccines be distributed, see what the acceptance rates are," American Airlines CEO Doug Parker told the summit. "In the end, we'll all have to make the best decision for our individual companies."

If the Dems are going to allow employees to file frivolous lawsuits against employers if the get the virus (no way to know where they got it), then employers should get to mandate vaccination. Get the Dems off the trial lawyers payroll please.
