2 airlines are adding non-stop flights between Kansas City and Tampa for the Super Bowl with fares climbing over $700 one-way

Southwest Airlines and American Airlines are adding non-stop flights to the Super Bowl.Tickets to the big game will be limited to 22,000, split between the general public and healthcare workers.Super Bowl LV is approaching as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers prepare to take on Kansas City Chiefs in Tampa, Florida on February 7.

The Super Bowl never fails to draw a crowd, however, and this year is no different, despite the warnings. And airlines are adding non-stop flights between the two cities to accommodate the traffic. The first Chiefs fan flight departs Kansas City International Airport on February 4, the Thursday before the Super Bowl, at 8:00 a.m. operated by Southwest. Another Southwest flight will depart on Thursday with Friday and Saturday then seeing three non-stop flights each from the low-cost airline and countless more connecting options.
