In a statement Wednesday, March 31, Meralco Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications Joe Zaldarriaga said, “Given the pandemic situation of the country, we will continue to aid our customers and ease their burden, giving them the necessary relief and time for them to settle their bills.”
On top of this, Zaldarriaga said Meralco will be ready to respond to the needs of its customers–all they need to do is drop a line via personal message on Facebook Messenger, Twitter, or call the company’s 16211 hot-line. “Meralco personnel will also be on standby 24/7 to respond to any concerns, emergencies, reports, or unexpected power interruptions,” Zaldarriaga said.
