MCMC complains to social media companies about unidentified gambling advert

THE Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission has complained to Facebook about another Raya-themed video advert promoting gambling.

In a statement today, MCMC said it had requested social media platform providers – Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube – to take down the advertisement based on their terms of service and community standards.
