Strong economic growth that is aided by debt is NOT good growth. Have we learned nothing from the past? Home sales will continue to struggle as rates increase. Disposable income is not keeping pace, therefore people can NOT afford the house the thought they could.

THAT'S OK, IT WILL HELP KEEP DOWN INTEREST RATES AND KEEP THE ECONOMY FROM OVERHEATING.
