Residents of New South Wales have been encouraged to access a range of financial support measures aimed at saving jobs after the state recorded triple figures on Sunday.

The NSW government has collaborated with the Commonwealth to provide a range of grants, subsidies and payments to help business through the current lockdown.

A direct payment from $1500 to $10,000 will be provided to struggling businesses who fit the criteria. Mr Perrottet said support ranged from help with fixed cost rent and electricity to grants for businesses who have experienced a notable drop in revenue during the lockdown. Rent reduction can also be applied for through Service NSW by retail, commercial and residential tenants.
