A Dublin pub has gone on the market for an absolute steal property

Wright's Findlater on Harbour Road in the seaside town of Howth has been listed via Lisney estate agents after struggling through the pandemic.Located on the main route through the village, any potential owners will not have any problem with footfall. No refurbishment is required on the premises, other than normal running repairs as the building is fitted to an excellent standard throughout and even has a passenger lift.

The ground floor has a bar and restaurant as well as toilets and storage facilities in the basement. On the first floor, there's another restaurant along with a fully equipped kitchen. The second floor can accommodate private parties in the "private function room/late bar with ladies and gentlemen’s toilets together with the unique terrace area overlooking the Harbour."

The total area of the premises is 696 sqm across the four floors. The basement measures 177 sqm, the ground floor is slightly larger at 186 sqm with the first floor the same at 186 sqm and the second floor measuring 147 sqm. The main purpose of the business is a bar and restaurant due to the sizeable local population as well as daily visitors to Howth. There's also a new residential development in the works that will add 500 apartments at the entrance of Howth.
