For 35 BILLION it better fucking transform it. Idiots saying that like throwing 35 billion at a problem takes skill. Could have been cheapers for all of us with more planning and a competent government.
Saying we should not be building/improving roads but want us to spend a fortune buying electric motorways would allow more efficient travel for electric cars & charging points at service stations, avoiding towns.
