Rather than sell them they choose to moth ball them hoping the market will pick up and they can make even more cash. There is a housing shortage in London yet developers can still get planning permission to build dwellings out of reach of 99% of the people.

These should now be confiscated from the developer, given to people on council waiting lists to live in, & topped off by said developer launching self from the top in despair at failing to add tens of millions more to already bulging bank balance. And then I woke up...
