Detectives investigating the murder of journalist Lyra McKee in Derry in 2019 have searched the offices of a French production company

. said it believes a camera crew from the production company was in Derry throughout the week of Ms McKee’s murder.

The search of their Paris offices was carried out on Tuesday morning led by two French judges and with the assistance of French police, the PSNI said. “A European Investigation Order was carefully considered, sought and granted by Belfast Crown Court and the search was later approved and supported by senior members of the French judiciary.Ms McKee was shot dead in Derry in April 2019 as she observed a riot in theThree men have already been charged with her murder and another five with rioting and associated offences.
