Facebook pays $60million to bank called Meta Financial Group to secure name rights

Meta is banking on the rebranding opening up new market of the 'metaverse'. Meta Financial Group said Delaware LLC called Beige Key acquired name rights. The Silicon Valley giant disclosed that it was 'affiliated' with the mysterious firm.
