The listing states tenants have to stay for a minimum of six months tenancy with the rent working out at just £90 per week.

It is being rented out by Space Let with the Zoopla listing reading: “A single bedsit situated within a large Victorian house in-between West Kensington and Baron’s Court stations with lots of amenities in the area. “Compact studio room furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, small table and chairs.

“Own kitchen with a counter-top cooker and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, fitted stainless steel sink unit and a range of wall and base units. Shared bathroom with a shower, WC and wash-hand basin.” One Twitter user who stumbled on the property said: "Randomly browsing apartments on Zoopla for no reason and I came across this.
