NSW Premier Dom_Perrottet said the initiative includes four new emergency measures including a package for small businesses, commercial landlords and the performing arts sector.

The initiative includes four new emergency measures including a $700 million package for small businesses, an expansion of small business fees and rebates, an extension of the commercial landlord grant and an $80 million package for the performing arts sector.

The money will be available by March when there will be enough RATs to ensure it is accessible and affordable for everyone in the community.
