Several roads will be closed before and after Thursday evening’s State of the Nation Address at the Cape Town City Hall. President Cyril Ramaphosa will deliver the SONA at the City Hall following a fire the gutted parts of the Parliament precinct last month. Several roads were closed yesterday for rehearsals.Road closures are also effective from 5pm this afternoon until just before midnight on Thursday.
